2 Venues - Panos Hall ATHE BALLROOM

The Ballroom is our largest indoor venue for formal banquets with high ceilings and elegant lighting. It can accommodate large wedding receptions, holiday parties, or other celebrations, and can be partitioned for a more intimate setting for smaller groups. It is ideal for large events and major celebrations.

2 Venues - Kokkos HallKOKKOS HALL

Kokkos Hall is our smaller banquet hall, which features a wall of windows and a private entrance. It can be used for smaller dinner parties, receptions and celebrations. This space is also ideal for corporate meetings, training sessions, and seminars, with a complete audio-visual system and classroom-style seating.

  • Maximum Occupancy: 100 for a seated meal; 60 for classroom-style seating; 150 for a reception
  • Size: 1,600 square feet

Panos Hall Grand FoyerTHE GRAND FOYER

The elegant and extravagantly-decorated Grand Foyer is a versatile space which can accommodate a cocktail reception or a small dinner party. It may also be used in conjunction with the Ballroom for a cocktail reception preceding a formal dinner.

  • Maximum Occupancy: 50 for a seated meal; 400 for a reception (with the adjoining Promenade and Rotunda)

Adjacent to the Grand Foyer is the Promenade and Rotunda, an elegant space which can be used for a small dinner or a reception. It may also be used in conjunction with the Ballroom for a cocktail reception preceding a formal dinner.

The plaza courtyard is a beautiful outdoor setting for any event. The outdoor covered patio area borders the Grand Foyer and is directly across from the covered Gazebo area. In the center of the two is a fountain. This center area can accommodate additional seating or used as a dancing area.

  • Maximum Occupancy: 500 for a seated meal; 600 for an outdoor reception
  • Size: 8,000 square feet of paved courtyard and patio; 4,000 square feet of tree-lined lawn

2 Venues - FieldTHE FIELD

The grass Field is large enough to host several activities at once. With 1.5 acres of well-maintained grass lawn, the Field provides a great opportunity for any organization’s large outdoor event, barbeque, sports competition, or recreational activity. The Field also has barbeque pits, grills, an outdoor kitchen, and a permanent restroom structure.
