Do you have parking available? Is there a fee?

Panos Hall has a large parking lot immediately adjacent to the facilities. There is no fee for parking – it is complimentary with any event.

May we use another catering company?

Yes, as long as they have all required business licenses and insurance coverage.

May we have an outdoor reception?

Certainly! Las Vegas has 300 sunny days a year. Our outdoor venues offer the most beautiful outdoor setting in Las Vegas. With patios, a courtyard with a showcase fountain, verandas, and tree-covered lawns, this is a most memorable place to have your outdoor reception.

When can we access the room to decorate?

You may arrive any time after 9:00 am on the day of your event. However you must make prior arrangements for your arrival with our catering manager to ensure proper service.

When can our vendors (decorators, florists, etc.) arrive to set up for our event?

They may arrive any time after 9:00 am on the day of your event. However they must make prior arrangements with our catering manager to ensure proper service.

Can we provide our own linens and/or decorations?

Yes. However we cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged linens and decorations.

Is a dance floor provided?

Yes! You can dance anywhere in Panos Hall, because the entire hall is a dance floor. It was designed with an elegant cork floor so that it may be used for dancing.

May we leave our cars overnight?

To maintain proper security, the facility’s gates are locked after all events have ended. So cars would need to be parked on the street outside of the facility if they are to be kept overnight.

May we also have our wedding ceremony at your facility?

We do not permit wedding ceremonies in the banquet facility or on the grounds. However Orthodox Christians may request to be married in the adjoining Orthodox Church.

Do we need to be members of the church to rent space?

No, our banquet facilities may be rented by any person.
